Fluency provides you with one point of contact to co-ordinate, on your behalf, the accounting and administrative support required by your international operations. These services are managed centrally by our UK office where we have multi-lingual staff, with currently over twenty languages spoken.
Dedicated Fluency teams are located in each country where we have established partners. Fluency works with these carefully selected partner firms in the entity’s local territory while coordinating services from the UK. We can draw on this local expertise when it comes to reporting and compliance legislation while allowing our clients to build relationships with one dedicated service team in the UK.
Our online accounting portal, eBRAL, allows 24 hour access to management reports in both the local language and English. In addition to this, eBRAL allows for invoice approval and live searching of underlying nominal/general ledgers.
This combination of a relationship led service, supported by integrated technology, allows us to co-ordinate services in a uniform fashion and yet supports you in a personal manner. Our experience of working in a multi-cultural environment prevents miscommunications arising from differing languages and cultures.
