All accounts are managed centrally by our UK office where over twenty languages are spoken by our multi-lingual staff. Our dedicated partner firms are located in each country where Fluency operates.

The team comprises of financial administrators and management accountants both in the UK and at local partner firms, who are overseen by an account manager in the UK. The account manager coordinates the relationship with the client and acts as a central point of contact for all accounting matters of the client’s worldwide operations. Alternatively, clients in subsidiary offices can correspond directly with our professionals based in their territory. Our account managers are qualified with an accounting body such as the ACCA and have many years of experience in providing management reporting and administration services.

Management accountants in each territory are responsible for entering the accounting data onto Fluency’s online accounting system. At Fluency’s central office in London, management accountants are responsible for producing the formatted local monthly management reports for each subsidiary, in both the local language and in English, and for publishing the final reports onto the accounting system. The management accountants in London also prepare consolidated reports for the group if required.

The financial administrator at each partner firm fulfils the roles of purchase ledger clerk and office manager for the client’s local subsidiary offices. The financial administrators will post transactions, arrange payments and deal with queries from suppliers and customers.
