Fluency

International Partners

Partner Selection

Extensive research and due diligence is undertaken in order to select an appropriate partner in each territory where Fluency operates. It is critical that our selection process results in the best possible partner being chosen for Fluency and that they can satisfy a long list of essential criteria.

Such criteria includes:
  • Maintaining an established bookkeeping department;
  • Providing all relevant services;
  • Demonstrating experience in working with international businesses;
  • Having sufficient scalability to manage clients’ growth; and
  • Embracing the culture and values of Fluency.
It is also essential that English can be used as the functional language of any ongoing relationship.

Following an initial telephone interview with appropriate level staff at selected firms, a shortlist of two or three successful candidates are visited at their local office where more detailed discussions are had, relevant staff are met and interviewed, systems are assessed and client files are reviewed.

After making the final decision, testing is undertaken at both Fluency premises and partner locations, to ensure remote connectivity and performance to our systems is seamless, templates mapping local account codes to our consolidation codes are developed and trial data is successfully passed through all of the standardised Fluency processes.

All contractual agreements between BRAL and our Fluency partner entities have been agreed and signed by all parties, overseen by LLP Solicitors.
